Trilobite Tales

The Society’s official member publication, the Trilobite Tales newsletter, is published nine months a year from September to May. A digital subscription to the newsletter is one of the benefits of membership in the Western Interior Paleontological Society. 

By our members, for our members

Each newsletter includes a wide range of content contributed by our members –– from short “paleo snippets” to feature articles to book reviews and reports on field trips. A typical issue includes:

* Letter from the president
* Announcements about programs and activities
* The latest field trip schedule and field season reports
* Articles about member research or experiences 
* Updates from the PaleoZone kids club
* Calendar of nature and science events

Newsletter advertising

Advertising in our newsletter is an affordable way to reach approximately 300 people who are passionate about paleontology and earth sciences. Monthly rates are $30 (full page), $20 (half page), $8 (quarter page) and $4 (business card size). Please note that no “fossils for sale advertising can be accepted.
