Payment Terms

WIPS uses this website to collect payments for joining and renewing membership, for field trip and symposium registration payments, and for processing our annual auction payments electronically. We accept pay cards and payments through PayPal. Refunds and cancellations policies are as follows:

* Joining membership payment will be refunded if your membership is not accepted by the Board of Directors.

* Field trip and symposium payments will be refunded if the event is cancelled by WIPS or the event’s leader or organizer for whatever reason.

* All auction payments are final.

User Conduct

WIPS members are expected to act in accordance with the organization’s Code of Ethics. This includes maintaining confidentiality of other members personally identifiable information and maintaining confidentiality where governed by federal regulation. The Code of Ethics also prohibits publishing disparaging or denigrating statements of anyone on this website.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We will notify users of any changes to the terms and conditions. Changes will be updated as necessary from time to time.
